Windows 7 RC to be publicly available May 5

Microsoft published this page today clearly stating that Windows 7 RC will be publicly available starting May 5, 2009. As a TechNet member I have gone to my downloads page, but alas, it is not yet available. Will update this post as soon as it goes live there.

Good times…

And oh by the way; if it is made available before May on TechNet and MSDN I think that Paul Thurrott actually got it (mostly) right in his predictions… 😉

TweetDeck vs. Seesmic Desktop

This last week the competition for best Twitter desktop application tightened. As far as I was concerned TweetDeck was my favorite with its multiple columns and configurability. Then Seesmic, makers of Twhirl released a beta (of course) of their Seesmic Desktop application and the picture was not as clear cut any longer. And then TweetDeck released a newer version of their app claiming to have fixed some of the previous bugs. Time to test…

Aw, this was a very nice post. Taking the time and actual effort to produce
